Lightweight Stroller

Once your child is out of the infant seat, you may want to trade in that bulky travel system for something a little easier to handle. The Chicco Capri Stroller is a great lightweight stroller. I have it in red for my little boy and my sister just got it in this new 70’s pattern for her little girl. It’s also available in Key Lime, Tangerine, Aqua and Blue.

The reviews are great. It’s only 11 lbs, has a 5-point harness, reclining seat and storage basket. The only concerns raised are that the canopy can get dirty from the wheels when you fold the stroller and the clip that holds the stroller together when folded is really tight to latch.

I have the one in Key Lime and I LOVE IT!!! It is so much more practical. Much easier to carry and take in and out. Especially when you have a toddler! I would recommend this to everyone!

  2. Do they have a double??

Nikki, they do have a double… but I haven’t found one to play with it yet.

For moms to be, we opted for the lightweight peg perego pliko p3 vs the travel system simply b/c it was lightweight (15lbs, I think) and the carseat snapped into it. It’s a great option if you want a stroller that will last a long time and that your infant seat snaps into. We’ve loved it. It’s held up great for us.

  4. I’m the sister with the 70’s pattern and I love it. It’s so lightweight AND stylish!
